Role Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. On a day-to-day basis, you review and approve the valuations produced by the pricing analysts, recommend listing prices based on data-driven research and insights, and fuel your team with your expertise. You will be instrumental in ensuring that your Squad, comprising of sales and client success team members, achieves its revenue growth targets.

As part of the team, you hold the keys to determining the risk we choose to take on in our portfolio by driving an ongoing dialogue between the sales team and clients. You contribute and lead projects that make our data, reporting, pricing methodology, workflows, software, and advice to clients top-tier.
